Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Returns must be approved first. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and the return address.

Return Process & Refunds

If you request a refund:

  1. The product must be returned to our warehouse first.

  2. Once we receive the item, it will be inspected.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will only be issued after the product is received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be returned to our warehouse first.
Once inspected and approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at:

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by misuse
